Allerair 5000 D/MCS is tailored specifically for those who suffer from multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), and work or live in environments that contain smoke, VOCs, gases, chemicals, and airborne pollutant.
Like other Allerair air purifiers, this product contains no chemical that would trigger allergies in these individuals. It has 21 pounds of extra pure virgin carbon filter to absorb more odor, gases and chemicals.
This machine is portable with four casters. The company also have custom ordered air purifier to cater different type of air pollution.
The Bad.
The Allerair 5000 D/MCS's noise level is relatively high
Has only 3 fan speeds It has no filter change indicator - so you need to keep track of it yourself. Prefilter need to be changed every 2-3 month.
THE BOTTOMLINE.
This Allerair air purifier machine is a bit pricey for most people. However, the D/MCS model is still one of the best choice for those with multiple chemical sensitivities or live/work in area with serious air problem.
